As MSITE’s resident welder and fabricator, Charlie picks up where Dan leaves off, repairing what heavy work inevitably wears down. In a world of machines and moving parts, things break—and Charlie fixes them. With a deep understanding of leverage, stress points, and structural integrity, he doesn’t just patch things—he makes them stronger.
Walk through our yard and you’ll see his signature everywhere: reinforced buckets, repaired tools, custom mounts. His welds are clean, strong, and, frankly, artwork.
But Charlie isn’t just a fixer—he’s an inventor. Thanks to his creativity and skill, we’ve got custom tool racks that keep gear exactly where we need it. We’ve got a portable toilet carrier that hooks to our trailers for seamless job site mobility. And we’ve got hand tools and attachments no one else has, all designed and built in-house to make our work more efficient and precise.
