Hank may be the youngest member of the MSITE team, but you’d never know it from his performance. With over five years on the job, he’s already distinguished himself as a skilled and reliable operator. Whether he’s backing a loaded truck and trailer into a tight space or threading materials through a narrow gate, Hank’s precision and calm under pressure set him apart.
He has a natural talent for logistics and a sharp eye for what’s needed next. Once the team is on site, Hank takes point on managing the flow of materials and equipment in and out, orchestrating each movement with the efficiency of a conductor leading a symphony. In addition to his logistical skills, Hank is a capable operator, problem-solver, and finisher. He stays focused on every task until the job is done—and done right.
When he’s not working, Hank channels his energy into a wide range of hands-on hobbies: welding, auto body work, restoring vehicles, riding his motorcycle, or hitting the trails on his mountain bike.
