Jon began his career as a logger, where he developed a deep respect for hard work and a lifelong love of machines. That early foundation led to 11 years of service in the U.S. Navy, followed by a successful chapter in the technology world—including ownership of a software company.
But about a decade ago, Jon returned to his roots—working with his hands, operating heavy equipment, and shaping the earth. He has a passion not only for the work itself, but for helping people bring their visions to life. Whether it’s clearing land, solving complex site challenges, or designing a better way forward, Jon thrives on finding solutions that are both effective and elegant—solutions that reflect his deep love for the craft.
Throughout his life, Jon has worn many hats to support his family. Now, he feels fortunate to be doing what he truly loves. He’s a proud father of six and grandfather of eight. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him with his wife out camping, canoeing, or enjoying the outdoors together.
