Kate has never set foot on a job site—but she’s on every single one.
As MSITE’s behind-the-scenes powerhouse, Kate keeps the gears of the company turning. She’s the one calling ahead to confirm our reseller permits, researching suppliers, pricing out materials, placing orders, and ensuring everything is ready for pickup before our boots hit the ground. More often than not, she’s the one who found the supplier in the first place and linked it to the project in our app.
Kate tracks down the hard-to-find items—whether it’s a specific stone, timber, or custom material—then handles the details from purchase to pickup. She manages vendor accounts, coordinates with government agencies and insurance providers, and somehow finds time to wrangle QuickBooks, too.
She processes timesheets, verifies payroll, collects and categorizes receipts, and manages thousands of transactions across multiple company cards and accounts—all with precision and care.
In short, Kate is the unseen force behind everything we do. If it’s happening at MSITE, she’s got her hands in it—quietly making sure it works.
When she’s not keeping the business in motion, Kate is playing supermom to her kids and acting as sherpa-in-chief to her husband on their many grand hiking adventures.
